Q: I'm interested in having a vocal file tuned. How does it work?

A: The process is simple. You send us the vocal file that you want tuning. We will then send you back the newly tuned vocal file. We can work around your specific needs, so if want it tuned in a specific way this is not a problem - just include any details in your request!

Q: How long does it take for you to tune my vocal?

A: On receiving your vocal we will start tuning it immediately. We always aim to get the job done fast and you will receive your newly tuned vocal within 24 hours.

Q: How do I send a vocal to you?

A: Click here to send us your vocal file using our simple upload form.

Q: What file formats do you accept?

A: You can send your vocal file in any audio format such as wave, MP3 or aif.

Q: How much does it cost for you to tune my vocal file?

A: The price is just $39 (USD) or £20 (GBP). This is for any vocal file which lasts up to 5 minutes in length. We can tune as many vocal files as you wish.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Once you have received your tuned vocal and you are happy with the result, payment can be made securely online via Paypal. Alternatively, we are happy to accept payment via cheque or postal order.

Q: Is it just the vocal file I need to send you? What about backing tracks?

A: You only need to send us your vocal file alone. However if you have a separate backing track this can certainly act as a useful guide for when we are tuning your vocal. Any files can be sent using our simple upload form. 

Q: Can you offer a discount for larger jobs?

A: Yes, for larger projects, quantity discounts can be offered. Please contact us with specific details of your request.

Q: Can you tune instruments as well as vocals?

A: Yes, in addition to tuning vocals we can also tune single instrument tracks, such as violins or guitars. These can be sent to us in exactly the same way as vocals, via our upload form.
